I am getting back to my PhD topic; it has been a while, but I was truly excited to dig-in the "new" monitoring data on iodine in Danish groundwater. In this blog-post I'll first give the highlights (the tweetable summary, or is it now X-able summary?) and mention [...]
Our paper “Exposure to Selected Geogenic Trace Elements (I, Li, and Sr) from Drinking Water in Denmark” got published few days ago in the special issue “Medical Geology: Impacts of the Natural Environment on Public Health” of the peer-reviewed open-access online journal Geosciences. The three trace elements iodine (I), lithium (Li), and strontium(Sr) have in common […]
My PhD defence will take place on 9th of October. The address is building 1671, room 137, Department of Geoscience, Aarhus University, Høegh-Guldbergs Gade 2, 8000 Aarhus C. via Natural iodine content in drinking water in Denmark: governing factors and health implications.
Here it is! This will be my space for news, views, reviews, and… maybe interviews. As the name “water research” implies, this place will be all about water and science. These days I’m into groundwater and drinking water quality, so for now this will be the main focus.
